Alsium is produced with Vermentino grapes, and is an expression of the territory which owes its characteristics to the volcanic soil and the influence of the nearby sea. It feels to the nose with an intense sea breeze scent, full of freshness and flavor alternating with hints of citrus fruits, white flowers and green apple on a vigorous mineral trail, all the characteristics of our territory with a marked flavor.

Vermentino

Hand-picked grape in the second half of September month.

The grapes once pressed undergo the cryomaceration for a few hours to extract the aromas from the peels. Once this process ended with a light pressing a must is obtained that begins the fermentation, with strictly controlled temperature, accordingly to the the classic white vinification in stainless steel tanks. Alsium, aged in steel, is bottled at least two moths prior its consumption, but the structure with which it is born don’t dislike longer bottle aging periods.
