For the Etruscans Pacha was the name of worship of the deity known as Fufluns, identifiable with the Greek god Dionysus and the Roman god Bacchus. This deity personified the luxuriant power of nature, so in relation to the force of the sun during the year, pronounced the renewal of life, and due to his deep bond with wine and with drunkenness he had to supervise the banquets that were so loved by the Etruscans and enlivened by dancing, singing and games. This wine, produced with a careful selection of grapes, it is a sincere expression of the area, volcanic and Mediterranean, through the interpretation that the winery has made of the DOC Cerveteri Rosso. An elegant wine that is young, fruity and pleasant.

40% Sangiovese, 40% Montepulciano, 20% Merlot.

Harvesting by hand allows a careful selection of the grapes, this happens in the first ten days of September for the Merlot, the second ten days of September for the Sangiovese and the first ten days of October for the Montepulciano.

The three grapes, vinified separately, ferment and macerate for about 12 days in traditional static vinification tanks at a controlled temperature, with repeated pumping over and punching down. Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks. During the ageing, malolactic fermentation occurs. After ageing the wine is bottled and left to rest for at least six months.
